Laser restored nameplate in Kenworth W900 after professional refurbishment

Type of material:

Metal – nameplate, structural element of a heavy goods vehicle.

Solutions used:

In order to preserve the authenticity and details of the original marking, we decided to renovate the nameplate using laser technology.

The process was carried out on the reverse side of the original, which allowed us to:

  • preserve the original version intact,
  • create a new, fully legible and aesthetic replica,
  • restore the plate to its factory appearance while preserving its historical value.

Precise laser technology was used during the work, guaranteeing durability, resistance to atmospheric factors and perfect reproduction of the manufacturer’s letters and markings. Each stage of the restoration was preceded by thorough cleaning and preparation of the metal surface to achieve maximum durability of the effect.

Comments:

The restoration of metal elements, including nameplates, requires not only the right tools, but also knowledge and experience in working with historic vehicles. In the case of classic trucks, such as the Kenworth W900, preserving the original details is a matter of prestige and attention to the authenticity of the entire vehicle.

Result:

The restored nameplate looks like new, while maintaining the original proportions and layout. Thanks to the laser method used, the vehicle owner received an element that combines functionality, durability and collector’s value.
