Do I need to send the whole module or just individual buttons?

Either works – which one makes sense depends on how your buttons are mounted. If the buttons pop out individually (most modern dashboards), you can send just the caps and keep the rest of the module installed in your car. If they’re riveted, glued, or built into a single multimedia or climate-control panel, it’s usually easier – and safer for the electronics – to send the whole module rather than risk damage removing individual buttons yourself. When in doubt, send photos through the quote form first; we’ll tell you exactly what to remove and how to package it (bubble wrap, a rigid box, and clear labelling if there are several similar buttons) before you ship anything, so you’re not guessing.
