Solutions implemented
As part of the project, we carried out the restoration of the plastic components and the reproduction of the pictograms. The process involved:
- removing the seat adjustment buttons from the side panel,
- chemical removal of the worn paint coating,
- regeneration of the plastic components to restore their original surface texture,
- precision painting using paints resistant to abrasion and heavy use,
- laser reproduction of all pictograms and informational graphics in accordance with the original specifications,
- application of a protective coating to ensure long-term durability,
- re-fitting of the buttons to the seat panel.
Final result: the seat adjustment buttons look as good as new, and the clear pictograms allow for convenient operation of the seat settings.
