How long does the button restoration process take?

Most restorations take 3-7 business days once we receive your parts – separate from shipping time, which depends on your location. Here’s what happens in that window: after you send photos, we confirm the quote within 24 hours, so nothing starts until you’ve approved the price. Once your parts arrive (via DHL, InPost, or your preferred courier), the button goes through cleaning to remove the old coating, precision repainting in the matching finish, and laser engraving to recreate the pictogram or lettering exactly – including backlit symbols, where the engraving depth has to let light through correctly. We photograph the result and send “before/after” shots for your approval before shipping back. Rush jobs aren’t something we offer as a separate tier right now – the 3-7 day window already reflects our standard turnaround, not a queue delay. Return shipping is billed separately once you’ve approved the finished parts.
